There are all sorts of things that can happen to you at work, which are against the law. For example you might be on long term sick leave or disabled and your employer might not be providing the allowances required of them. You might have young children and your employer may not be taking your requests to work part time seriously. You may be the subject of unjust disciplinary action or be discriminated against on the basis of your race, religion, disability, gender or age amongst others.

I have represented clients in Tribunal on all of these issues and understand how Judges deal with them. I can assist in ensuring that your employer listens to your genuine concerns or properly compensates you for their breach of the law. In disciplinary matters I may be able to accompany and represent you at your disciplinary hearing and this can make a big difference to the outcome.

Give me a call and I’ll give you a free, no obligation consultation. If the matter is simple I might be able to deal with it there and then for no charge. If the matter is more difficult, I’ll give you a fixed fee quote for any advice given: this may be a written advice or it might be best to have a face to face meeting either at my office or somewhere convenient to you.
